Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) for ship newbuilding projects.
  2. Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and yard teams to align planning with actual production activities.
  3. Monitor production progress, identify delays or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Analyze capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are achievable.
  5. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to support project reviews and decision-making.
  6. Ensure that materials, equipment, and manpower are available in line with the production schedule.
  7. Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Interface with shipyard production departments to coordinate sequencing and workflow.
  9. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, utilization, and schedule adherence.

Carpenter

The Shipbuilding Carpenter works on FRP/Fiberglass vessel construction, preparing wooden bases, molds, and interior furniture. This includes making support structures for composite molds and installing interior parts such as panels, doors, and cabinets according to ship drawings and quality standards.

Project Engineer

Marine Electrical Technician

We are seeking Marine Electrical Technicians to join our Shipbuilding Production team. The role involves the installation, testing, and maintenance of ship electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, navigation, lighting, and alarm systems, while ensuring compliance with international maritime standards.

Marine Pipefitter Technician

We are hiring Piping Technicians for shipbuilding projects. The role involves assembling, installing, and testing ship piping systems to meet quality and safety standards, while coordinating with production teams for proper system integration.

Composite Technician [Vacuum Infusion Specialist]
